Okay so here's my gripe with the current system. They have a portal to authenticate you into Jupyter Notebook using your coursera id (Open NoteBook Button). My course is locked.the vedios plays only for 1min. I always experience this when I join a course where session hasn't yet started and have to wait a month or so. I am having the same problem.

I have paid for the course and validity is not expired.I looked in to the issues raised in help center.I could not find the solution for this one. Now one of my assignment is lock and they are saying that "This item will be unlocked when the session begins" I have completed previous item also. I'm currently enrolled on a specialisation and my subscription ends on the 3rd of Feb.
