The Skellige deck is the newest Gwent faction to arrive with the Blood and Wine expansion. Well there are cards you can't get anymore if you miss the chance apparently (like the ones at the masquerade ball), but let's hope Lugos does have a backup ;) For me he was underground at the spot indicated on the map. I think he was either in Kaer Trolde fortress or "druid land" (Gedyneith sounds about right). Is there something we didn't discover?

About 20 paces NNW from the map location is a small cave where he was sitting. I suppose it's a cautionary tale for everyone to get their cards before they go around killing
