I was not expecting Housekeeping Service, and there is none. Beach was terrible, with no enforcement of social distancing, no mask requirement, etc.
It was way to many people, jet skis, boats, etc. I waited 45mins and they still did not arrive. It was way to many people, jet skis, boats, etc. We have stayed at this establishment multiple times and never encountered so many issues...We come to Laughlin every year to enjoy the beach like atmosphere and the frigid Colorado river on a hot day. This I do blame on COVID, but Harrahs gives you absolutely no directions on what to do for towels, etc. By the time I got back to the room the toilet paper arrived.I will say that the staff was extremely polite and professional and they are what saved this from a 1 star review. Stay safe everyone and it will all be just a bad memoryI needed a break from all of the COVID stuff, so I settled on a 5 day/4 night stay in Laughlin. On a positive note, all of the food was amazing, which absolutely did not fit the Hotel. I am just hoping that this was just a fluke weekend.I would give this Hotel and Casino 1/2 Circle. I made 3 calls to have the AC looked at, 2 times on Sunday and once on Monday when I had to get new room Keyes and they never came. Again very nice and accommodating staff.So far not 1 unpersnoable server or stsff member. Nice shower in room, fresh nice smelling clean towels.Dropped into the cafe' for an ample basic breakfast $30 ( discount for Caesars reward members) Great food. ( they don't do that in Vegas) The house is addament about face masks. Well needless to say I did not go to beach area. good cup o Joe. It isnt that hard to provide good customer service, not great just good. I had requested an early check in for 1 pm, with no guarantees the room would be available, but it was!!! Looks run down and old. Hot and cold water and pressure is great. Well needless to say I did not go to beach area. I just looked at my receipt and they charged me the $74 to add the 1 night but I just seen they charged me an additional $12 upgrade.

It...I would give this Hotel and Casino 1/2 Circle. I was pissed! Then we left for the day to the beach came back at 7pm and our room keys didn't work. The room was so hot it was horrible. No room fee, no resort fee, no airline fare, free transport to and from small uncrowded airport.Took a new uncrowded 737 to Laughlin,NV. Stains in flooring, cracks in walls both inside and out, wrinkles in carpeting, etc. SMH ♀️ Also, on Monday I added an extra day by calling the front desk which was ok, however the room rate was more expensive on a Monday night than Sunday night, when I asked if that was with the essential workers discount he just said it's with the players card on file. So a good start. Something to think about is when guests leave beach/pool area they have to walk thru the Main Casino.
