The decor and fit-out for the restaurant is fairly basic and a bit dowdy inside, but otherwise OK.. Heaps of menu options. Our menu consists of Appetizers, Bento boxes, Sushi, Sashimi, Pan-fried, Bowls, Ramen, Udon, Japanese curry rice and Dessert. Service was first class, reasonably priced and most importantly excellent Japanese food.

On a longer stay in Whanganui, we would have dined more than once.The building looks like it might have been an old pub at one time. It was deliciousLoved the bento mains we tried as well as the smaller plates. Best restaurant in wanganui.We arrived very late and within 45 of closing after a busy day. We chose to sit outside as it was hot and sunny out still at just after 5 pm.
