So I just went simple and had fried chicken wings and macaroni and cheese. glad we tried it. so when i stumbled across this restaurant i quickly looked it up on yelp and decided i would give it a try.. the restaurant was 7 minutes away from the hotel we were staying in so we decided to drive there because who doesn't like island food? I heard a lot about Yardys and now I can check them off of my places to eat. The plantain was freshly fried and perfectly sweet. Was told that delivery would be 35-45 minutes but the driver ended up waiting for the food at Yardys forever so we didn't get our food for almost 2 hours! Seasoned to perfection.It does not have a personality on the outside, however, when you go in it is a clean and home welcoming environment. I had the curry chicken roti, which was not how I expected it to be. My ox tails and mac n cheese needed some help.best jerk chicken & just spicy enough. Wouldn't be upset if I never ate here again. The Yardies in NY taste way better and I'm so mad that I just wasted $42.00 on this food.Finally a place where I can get my beef patty with coco bread!!
