Choose Paddle Board or Kayak at launch.. Paddle and kayak equipment, expert instruction, parking, and photos are included. You can rent two lounge chairs and an umbrella, already set up for you on the beach! Safe and easy, free from the crowds of other companies. The parking was a bit pricey, however it seemed just paying for the rest of the day instead of hourly saves you in the long run.Great place to park if you are going to Cocoa beach and it is FREE. I love everything about it. Lifeguard explained that the beach is open for pets in the morning....he seemed exasperated and tired of explaining the crazy rules.Great access to a great beach. Lots of families but didn't feel busy. It's far enough away from coconuts and the pier that you don't get as many of the drunk spring breakers. The Dog Park opened on July 22, 2006 and it was a joint venture of the City of Cocoa Beach and Brevard County. There are bathrooms/changing rooms onsite. Umbrella and chair rental was also available at the beach so no need to lug a bunch of stuff if you're just there for the afternoon.I really like this park. The dog park is an interesting touch, but I always see it in use. The city built the Dog Park at Lori Wilson Park, a county facility, and the Brevard County Parks and Recreation Department runs the day-to-day operations. There is a supermarket not far down the road to buy lunch at and bring with you. This 32.43-acre regional beach park, open from just after sunrise until dusk, offers free parking and admission. NOT!! Lori Wilson Park is a beach park in Cocoa Beach, Florida, and an excellent location for swimming, picnics, surfing, and family events. 'there are also showers. There are bathrooms and showers for use.

If you value a place to change comfortably, clean bathrooms, and working showers, then I recommend looking elsewhere.Filthy bathrooms, showers that did not work (all but one control button worked), very soft wood on beach access walkway. Great area. The kids got treats. There were kids and their parents frolicking in the water and people playing frisbee,  but none of  it mattered.

Better still, there is no parking fee either. The only con is that if you don't get there early enough you have to park towards the back and it's a bit of a hike.With a beautiful Atlantic beach ahead of you as you're driving on I Dream of Jeannie Lane......Yep! The experience was just so fantastically enjoyable and relaxing.Free parking, outdoor shower, bathroom...all within a close walk to the beach (just at the end of the boardwalk). I went to check it out before bringing dog over. Cocoa Beach isn't the Gulf of Mexico (my preferred Florida body of water) but we didn't want to waste the beautiful weather. We found this place on reviews of free parking showers and baths.Other than your friends condo on the beach, this is the best family beach in Cocoa Beach. It's an experience like no other! $20 for a whole day! There was even a little "food truck" selling snow cones and other drinks. Clean bathrooms. Great place to stop. Ice cream cart comes by. Summer time can also have bioluminescent phytoplankton called Dinoflagellates.
