My boys took turns repeatedly climbing on and and off the dolphins and trying to balance themselves on it.On the other side of the Hershey Lodge indoor pool, separated by water for swimming and floating, there were two basketball hoops facing inwards toward the pool.

While my boys were too old for this area, little ones would enjoy it.This water play area for the little ones greets guests as they enter Water Works. Your best answer will come directly from the Hershey Lodge, so I would advise giving them a call.
Preschoolers could walk in to water that gradually gets deeper but never over a foot deep. There are 5-6 lifeguard stations, the number of lifeguards on duty may vary.
My boys couldn’t wait to discover how their favorite Hershey candies could be reimagined as water park and hotel pool activities.The hours of Water Works were very convenient for hotel guests.Our Hershey visit was during the holiday season and we only stayed for one night. My 12-year old enjoyed making new friends while playing pool basketball.As my two younger boys continued to splish and splash in the water, my 12-year old made his way over to Reese’s Water Walk in another corner of the pool.

Of course we enjoyed Hersheypark, Chocolate World , and Sweet Lights , but one of our main reasons to visit was to check out the Hershey Lodge Water Works, an indoor pool and play area. Access to Hershey’s water works is only for Hershey Lodge overnight guests. But we were so glad they didn’t!With Water Works, the Hershey Lodge definitely did not settle when it created their indoor hotel pool.Water Works is an innovative Hershey-themed water playground located inside the Hershey Lodge.

Since the two hoops are on opposite sides of the pool we didn’t have the issue of it being crowded in that area as you might at some waterparks where all the hoops are together.The basketball area scored high for family fun.
