Can be tough to follow the trail at times, as it isn't marked, but as long as you follow the river, you're fine. Conowingo Damn is the only place I know of.

It was hard, but we made it! The temperature by the dam drops about 10 degrees and the mist coming off the water is a welcomed relief on a hot day.This trail was extremely overgrown and it was hard to even find the trail. Sometimes it would be hard to tell which way to walk since it's not always obvious where the trail leads. It was our own fault that we went the day after storms so the trail and rocks were super slippery.
